We are looking for QUALITY ANALYSTS to fill our demands in our growing business. If you have the qualifications that we are looking for, then PointQA needs you!

  • 2 yr call center experience or the equivalent
  • Filipino and based in the Philippines
  • At least high school graduate
  • Fixed or flexible schedules (AT LEAST 40 hours per week)
  • With exceptional listening and analytical skills
  • Flexible, detailed, and able to successfully adapt to change
  • Ability to work independently

Your weekly pay will depend on these variables:

  • Tenure Based

    Tenure Based

    The more time you work for us, the more hour base pay rate you’ll get!

  • Review Time

    Review Time

    The hours you spend listening and scoring.

  • Call Time

    Call Time

    Total hours of calls you have listened and scored.

  • Calibration score

    Calibration score

    Your calibration score with the QA lead. The more you score, the higher your hourly base will be.

  • Speed Evaluating Calls

    Speed Evaluating Calls

    The amount of time of the call / the amount of time you spent reviewing it.

  • Reviewed Hours

    Reviewed Hours

    The way we calculate the amount of hours you work is based on the time you spend reviewing calls.

Referral Program

If you refer someone to us that passes all of the tests and works 100 hours in their first 60 days, you will receive a $25 bonus on your next paycheck! It's as simple as that. Just make sure to tell your QA lead in advance of your referral so we know who to send that bonus to!
